Movement for Stiff Bodies 5:45 - 6:30pm
THURSDAY:
Strength & Stretch 12 - 12:45pm (currently on hiatus)
FRIDAY:
Mindful Fitness for Aging Well, Livestream, 10:30 - 11:30am
Each class format is unique, with Cross Train the most challenging, Movement for Stiff Bodies unwinding tension as we train, Strength & Stretch balancing flexibility and strength, and Mindful Fitness for Aging Well age-appropriate movement with care for joints. Expect a completely different workout each time!
Cross Train
Cross Train to improve your functional strength, adding a sprint to your step. Single sided training is key to staying injury free. Expect a progressive, challenging routine every week, and finish with strategic stretching and yoga.
Movement for Stiff Bodies
Break the cycle of sitting as you build the balance between strength and mobility. Begin with a dynamic warm-up, focused strength training, flexibility training and a few minutes of calming breath work at the end.
Strength & Stretch
Take a break mid-day to shake off any stress, strengthen your body and lengthen again! Finish feeling refreshed, energized and clear headed. Currently on hiatus.
Mindful Fitness for Aging Well
Mindful exercise to build muscle and maintain bone density. We take extra care with postural form and the correct mechanics of the exercises, keeping our joints safe as we train. Expect moderate progressions with modifications offered to meet you at your level.
Livestream Classes
Join in from the comfort and convenience of your home.
Livestream classes are pre-registered, run for 8 classes each session. You’ll need a couple of pairs of weights, a yoga mat, towel and water. EMAIL ME to sign up and make payment via etransfer. Cost: $130 + hst for 8 classes.

Whether you’re a long-distance runner or cyclist looking to push your PB, or someone who’s never enjoyed the gym yet knows you need to exercise, or if you’re working around an injury or illness: personal training will reap the greatest rewards with thorough assessment, customized programming, and regular benchmark checks.
Conversations around personal nutrition, self-care and accountability also benefit each individual. We utilize a moderate range of equipment (based on what you have at home, and of course body weight) as well as many training methodologies (absolute and functional strength, HIIT, heart rate zones, pyramid sets, and more).

Don’t worry, it’s not like another zoom meeting! You’ll be engaged and moving the whole time, the sessions go quickly.
