'Cross Train Runners' Classes

You've done the progressive, grueling training for long distance running, cycling and triathlon. It's a gamut - with distance and intensity piling on each week, while keeping your body healthy and injury-free. Stretching, icing, foam roller, Epsom salts . . . ah, these are all our friends!

Cross training will help to correct the imbalances, open your hips, and build strength and power. It will improve your core strength & posture, push cardio to anaerobic and build your stabilizer muscles and balance.

"Cross Train Runners" classes are structured progressively, usually over an 8-week period, with 45 minutes of training, and 15 - 20 minutes of yoga & stretching. There are 6 day/time options per week: Mondays 7:30pm, Tuesdays 5:30pm, Wednesdays 5:30pm, Thursdays 8pm, Fridays 6:30AM, Saturdays 9AM. Many opt to take the class twice a week to see greater results (we offer a 10% discount for signing up for 2 fitness classes per week). The next series starts during the week of
Sept 7th, 2015 with 8 classes (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat.)@ $125 + hst ($141.25) and 6 classes (Mon)@ $95 + hst ($107.35).
