Boxing Fundamentals/Boxing Level II

Add some punch to your fitness routine, with Lee Danes.

If you’ve ever been curious about boxing but were a little intimidated about trying it out, this class is for you!

Learn actual boxing techniques including fundamentals for punching, combinations, footwork, defense, speedwork, working with pads, and more. Lee uses traditional boxing drills, circuit training, plyometrics, integration of breath control and the grace of Tai Chi.

Come ready to sweat – you’ll have a great workout, and lots of fun! Finish with 15 minutes of effective stretching to ease the muscles
and joints.

Our Boxing program is structured progressively, usually over an 8-week period. The cost is $125 + hst ($141.25). Note we offer a 10% discount when you register for 2 fitness classes per week.
